The EPIC Indirect Ophthalmoscope has had a slow launch in 2025.  After spending several years developing this indirect, Loma Linda University selected eyeMobil to produce the device for them.  This year, we have fulfilled some orders but are also doing some refining of the product based on user feedback in addition to building out our production equipment and capability.  Also, we are using it daily in our own clinics to fully test it and are loving it!! 

What we've found is that doctors love the lightweight, portable nature of the device and love the fact that there are no annoying wires to catch anywhere.  The battery life has been incredible.  This is a favorite for resident's call bag!!  Customization of the indirect has also been a big hit!  (you'll always know if your colleague is borrowing your indirect!!)
